Terrible experience, he totally misdiagnosed my daughter, thank God I went for a second and third opinion . this doctors diagnosis was so wrong that even though I am not a dr, but I know my child and I knew he was wrong!!!! My child would be subjected to unnecessary surgery and medications!! Wow, just wow. Not metioning a waiting time of 1 hour and he spent with us 8 minutes! I looked at my insurance account and the claim says he spent 1 hour with the patient.....what?!

The visit wait was average. The doctor listened to my problem and offered different solutions which did help my problem. Was a good experience

We had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment and around 10 minutes till we were brought back for the visit. He listned to all my concerns about my child and after the exam listed out severel conservative and surgical options. It was very informative and we decided to go with his advise which worked really well for my child.

He is too busy to the point he can't take care of his patents. He I too in sensitive to the pain and suffering of his patients. He acts like he is a mechanic and works in a shop.

My daughter was recommended to this Doctor to have her ears check. Dr. Silva was very nice our consultation only lasted for 5 to 7 minutes. After that A hearing test was order and done immediately. Everything was fine so a ct scan was ordered. We had the ct scan done about 3 days after and waiting for a phone call from Dr. Silva. 3 weeks passed and nothing. We visit my daughter's primary doctor and she has not heard from Dr. Silva either. Have 3 bills in my desk from the places that my daughter was seen BUT no one has taken the time to call me to let me know what were the results. I have call Dr. Silva twice and they recommend I make another appointment. For what? to get 3 more bills? I still don't know the results of the first exam. Maybe Dr. Silva is too busy. But We are so disappointed.

Dr. Silva is a great ENT -- wonderful with kids, a skilled surgeon, respectful of patients, does not rush into lots of meds or procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. He has treated both my kids and I highly recommend him. A good doctor and seems like a really nice guy, as well.
