Andrew F. Sinder, M.D., FAAP, has many years of experience in primary care pediatrics. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and trained in pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Sinder enjoys teaming with families to raise healthy and happy children.The services he provides range from routine care and treatment of minor illnesses, to management of complex medical issues and psychosocial well-being. Through good communication and attention to detail, Dr. Sinder is dedicated to providing the highest standard of medical care, which he believes all families deserve.Outside of the office, Dr. Sinder's passions are family time, outdoor activities, and creative outlets, such as cooking, gardening and inventing fun new activities for the whole family.

I literally love Dr. Sinder. I leave every appointment telling my husband "man I love that guy." He is so informative and great with kids, he's also honest and gives direct feedback on a lot of things other doctors might just breeze over. I really appreciate his mindset on health and how he conveys it with honesty and grace. He offers realistic and helpful suggestions, too. I mean, he's just an incredible pediatrician and I'm so thankful we see him.

Heard all my concerns and also helped me remember a few concerns I forgot to mention. Very pleased with Dr. Sinder and the resident. Connected very well with my baby.

He explained options for current issues as well as thoughts to consider for down the road if we chose not to active seek treatment but to continue to monitor progress at this time. He encouraged us and incorporated evidence based research to explain rationale for assessment and Implementation of various treatments. It was clear he read our son's chart the night before as he stated because he knew his history and brought up pertinent issues prior to us even asking. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and his ability to provide data and research to allow us to have autonomy when making decisions for treatment or monitoring for our child. He clearly communicated a follow up timeline and plan and made it clear that he is available if things change prior to that planned return.

I've always been hesitant about male Doctors and never go to one myself and didn't want one for my daughter but now that we have Dr Sinder we love him!! He's an amazing Doctor and we recommend him any chance we get.
