Dr. Smith is an excellent surgeon: he came highly recommended and his expertise is well known. But there is a level of personal care in his practice that is uncommon. The doctor and staff know your name, they know what procedure you had done or what condition you have, they greet you like you are an old friend, and they truly care about you. Highly recommended.

In 2006 Dr. Smith performed a Thyroidectomy on me, because I had thyroid cancer. He took the time to answer all the questions I had written down. Most (if not all) other doctors would have only answered 1 or 2 of the questions saying they did not have time to answer them. Not Dr. Smith. He's a very caring and personable doctor. He saved my life. I would trust him completely if I ever need another surgery some day. Too bad he's not a General Practitioner so that I could have him as mine!
