My mom passed recently(before the corona virus epidemic) at Oschners hospital in Baton Rouge. He was the doctor in charge of sending in the information for her death certificate. After 23 days, he had not submitted the information. I called the hospital to notify them that it hadn’t been turned in and was assured it would be taken care of. 3 days later, still had not submitted information. He also recorded the time of death almost 2 hours BEFORE she passed away. So glad we didn’t get to have him actually be in charge of my moms care.

I wish there was a zero stars. My mom died at oschners and he was in charge of the information on her death certificate. He didn’t fill out the information until 23 days had passed. I had to call the hospital and inform them he hadn’t filled out the information. Three days later, he still hadn’t filled it out and had to call back. Also the time of death he put on her certificate was incorrect by 2 hours.
