I went here for years. But never again! The staff did not want to get my medical records I asked for, told me the manager had to be there for them to get it. I told them that by law they have to get it on my requests and only then did they get up and get them (took 3 minutes). I told the doctor i just need a form filled out for my next job and nothing more. I paid $104 and said i don't want to be charged for anything extra, whatever he does to please keep in that $104 because I don't have insurance for next 2 months, and that I had my check up two months ago in another state while I was there. He had me take blood test and urine test and the I got a bill for $1,400!!! I went back and talked to him and he said that he tough I would have insurance in few days and he would charge them. He did things I did not need just to charge insurance extra. This is insurance fraud. I made a complaint with BBB and reported insurance fraud on him and the office!
