As an allergist and immunologist, Andrew White, MD, treats all types of allergic conditions, as well as conditions due to a deficiency of the immune system. He commonly sees patients for asthma, hay fever, eczema, food allergies, skin allergies and hives. He also diagnoses and treats immune deficiencies such as common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and a variety of other conditions that could lead to an increased risk of infection. In addition, he sees patients for chronic sinusitis (sinus inflammation) and nasal polyposis (nasal polyps). Aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD), also known as Samter's Syndrome, is another area of focus. He is also interested in vocal cord dysfunction and mastocytosis and mast cell activation syndromes. Dr. White believes in building a partnership with his patients. He feels that it's important to listen carefully to the issues that are troubling the patient in order to guide them to the best possible treatment options. Doesn't take the patient seriously. Tells you test results can be off and mean nothing. Well I'm chronically ill and completely disabled, so they don't mean nothing. Treats the body as if it's made of separate parts. He would only focus on my hives, none of the other many symptoms I had and how they may all be related. Also only concerned with masking symptoms and not treating causes. A waste of time and money. Didn't take me seriously at all, even though I have a heavy Science background and had my medical social worker partner there for support. You can tell, he just knows everything... Another doctor who is part of the reason our health and healthcare system is so poor.

Very knowledgable and concerned with whatever your allergy problem may be. Staff is very nice and makes you comfortable. I have a problem that is not easily detected. Dr. White is doing everything possible to find the cause. I am very appreciative.

I highly recommend Dr. White. He is very friendly and patience. He was accurate with my diagnosis. He listened to me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed at all. I always feel at ease and very comfortable with my visits. I would recommend Dr. White to all patients looking for an immunologist to go to.

We really like him. He is very nice, intelligent and listens very well. Unusual for most Drs. He knows his profession. He keeps at it until he has the answer. Gives people hope..

Dr. White is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took as much time as I needed in order for him to answer all my questions. He is so kind and so compassionate from the very beginning. If you need a top rated allergist you need to go see Dr. White. I wish all my physicians were like him. He is cute too...that always helps! :)

I've been dealing with a health issue for 5 years that I have seen 10+ doctors for and all essentially brushed me off or told me that since my issue wasn't occurring daily that nothing could be done. 1 visit with Dr. White and he had an idea of what it was--something mast cell related. After blood work and such he had me diagnosed before visit #2. Spends so much time and truly seemed to care about what I was experiencing and wanted to get me an answer. Never have a problem getting in within a few days.
