Dr. Andrew Logan Wright, MD

Totally shady office. My Dad got Alzheimers and had to go live in an assisted facility. Dr. Wright hasn't been his provider in a year and a half. However, his office has tried to get my Dad in for an appointment 4 times since then. Like a broken record, I have explained the situation over and over to their office. Especially during the pandemic they want him to come in. This office does not care if its former patients die from covid-19.Dr. Wrights Office called yesterday and said they had a referral for my Dad. When I asked them to clarify, they wouldn’t. I was told by the facility that my dad lives at now that these doctors offices are hurting for business so bad that they try to get medical information from the families of patients so that they can increase business. These people have no conscience. I am reporting them to the Arizona medical board. These pompous, arrogant, elitists need to understand that some people choose to no longer be their patients.

Dr Wright is professional, very thorough, kind & it has always been a most satisfying experience. He makes sure all questions are thoroughly answered. I highly recommend him.

Dr Wright spends an excessive amount of time and listens intently. Very kind, and helpful.

This Dr. Write dropped me like a hot potato when he discovered that I had a strep infection in the bladder. I was also told I had a reaction to penicillin, that is not true. I am not allergic to penicillin. So I have to wonder’s who’s record, he was looking at. I wrote him yesterday and asked him if he was going to treat the infection told him I was not allergic to penicillin today I went to my portal and it is wiped clean, didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know he was releasing me as a patient.

Andrew Wright's office staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Not only did they repeatedly charge me incorrectly but they never once returned a phone call to my insurance company when they were leaving messages to speak to someone in the office. Toni was extremely rude and insensitive to my situation and I would advise anyone who is looking for a new doctor to stay far away from Wright Family Medicine.

Dr. Wright makes you feel comfortable with discussions. His Knowledge is great. I'll see him soon.

Dr. Wright sent me off with a med. (Tramadal) after stating i had Herion in my drug test. I never used herion, or know anyone that use it. Now without my meds that i have been on for 10 plus years, and helpped me to walk again. I am unable to work now and unable to get my meds back. So thank you doc, for telling me how to walk again and able to work again! Your false test made me go get something i never would have even though about. Thanks doc for being a bad doc!

This is a horrible office if you ever call you will never speak to anyone. I sat in the lobby waiting for more than an hour after my appt time with no one saying a word to me. I watched the OLD LADY BEHIND THE GLASS watch the phone ring ring ring and ring she never answered just stared at the phone! UGH

so it's actually Dr. Truesdale at this office now, and he's a wonderfull doctor my husband and I both saw him before he moved into this office. Have to say i was really pleased with the staff here (that was the biggest problem seeing him prior is at the old office i didn't like the girls at the front counter) i called didn't have appointment was told that he was really booked for the day but told the nice lady who answered the phone my problem and she said she'd put me on a cancelation list and speak with Truesdale to see if he could squeeze me in. about an hour later i had a phone call confirming an appt for later that day. Truesdale is easy to talk to and very knowledgable. If your looking for a great family doctor i'd give this office a try.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wrights for well over 9 years. I have no chronic illness nor any major health problems and only see him 2-3 times a year. I truly appreciate the manner in which I am seen time after time. Although there has been a lot of turn-over with the staff in the last couple of years, I am always ok with Dr. Wright bringing in "students" to assist in his practice. If it weren't for this opportunity, they may never get a chance at fulfilling their dreams. I know this can be troublesome for some, but I try to be patient and hope that my daughter (who is in nursing school) will be given this type of opportunity. I am sad that Dr. Wright has decided to sell his practice, but all good things must come to an end. Dr. Truesdale seems like an amazing physician that truly wants to help people. I look forward to the next 9+ years with him as my new physician.
