Dr. Angel Enrique Llanio, DO

Been going to him since 2014. My whole family sees him. He takes time to listen to my consoles. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Llano for a year and a half now. When I visit he takes the time to talk about all my health issues. When I've had a new issue he makes sure testing is done immediately. He stay in contact with all my specialists. He is a caring doctor. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Thorough visit, but took a bit long

The building is old and not too attractive but the doctors are caring. I had good experiences. Wait time has greatly increased since takeover by large medical group.

I have multiple health conditions. For me, the most important quality I need from a doctor is that she/he LISTENS to me, believes that I know myself and my conditions considering I have had some of them for over 40 years. I need a doctor who PARTNERS me, not one who thinks he knows more about my conditions than I do. NO DOCTOR can feel what his patient feels, and should PARTNER with the patient, not try to "get (you) back to normal". I will be changing doctors as soon as I can find one I can interview first. This one doesn't have time for me to "interview" him.

I am very pleased with Dr. Llanio, but cannot believe the bad service of the front office. calls take forever to be answered and then placed on hold. voicemails are not answered. waits of an hour are not unusual

I am completely disgusted because I am unable to get test results for my daughter from an ultrasound after 3 weeks. The initial appointment was great. The staff was awesome and the resident my daughter saw was wonderful. She had an ultrasound and made an appointment 2 weeks later to follow up and get results from the test. I was called a few days after the initial appointment and told that the follow up was cancelled because the doctor and his entire staff were out of town and that a nurse would call me on the same day that the appointment should have taken place to give results. We had a hurricane, so that didn't happen, which was understandable. However, I called the day the office opened (2 days after the date I should have been called), and left a message to get test results. No call back. I called the following day and left another message. No call back. I called the next day and was put on hold for an extended time, then told that the test results had not been read and that the… doctor and all of his staff were out of town and no one had read the test before they left, so there were no results. The doctor would read the test when he got back to following week. Why didn't someone tell me this the first time I called? Or the second time I called?? No apologies, nothing. Just...this is how it is. I don't know if we will return. It was clear that no one cared about my daughter or her health. No concern whatsoever. Very unkind. Very rude. I asked if I could just pick up the test results myself and perhaps try to get her in at another doctor to have them read because I didn't feel they cared about my child's health and she said sure, I will leave them for you at the front and agreed that she would probably feel the same way (that no one cared), but still didn't offer any sort of indication of recognizing that this was not an acceptable way to treat patients. I could deal with it if the attitude would have been better, but it was an attitude of complete indifference. If the test results are not important...why would you order the test?

This man really saved my life. I had been misdiagnosed by a previous physician and had a life threatening illness
