Dr Rivera has a really good bedside manner and actually really seems to care. I've never had a long wait and seem to get appointments with no issues. Zero complaints with Dr Rivera or any of his staff. 5 stars!

If it takes me a week to get my antidepressants filled and they abruptly cut me off of clonazipam then no, I will not be coming back. After myself, my husband, and the pharmacy tried to get a hold of this office with NO call backs..I finally opted to make an appointment just to speak to someone. The lady on the phone said, with a tone to her voice, "oh well on my chart it says I am supposed to make a follow up" no I didnt know that. Perhaps if you had returned anyone's calls we would have known that. I suffer from ptsd. And they want to make it our fault because my memory is bad due to the latter? Answer your patients calls! A week without any contact from this place is ridiculous! People commit suicide because of being cut off their antidepressants and anxiety meds suddenly. This is not ok. I won't even mention my past experiences, nor other family members run-around issues with this place. Don't go here. I have contacted the medical board and an attorney, both of which are livid… about my lack of care here. They are at the least, stern, rude and incredulous. I ended up in the ER Costing me and tax payers thousands. They can not be trusted since the will discharge you because another person with the same last name whom I do not live with failed a toxicology exam. I passed mine, yet they discharged me for no other reason except that they have the same last name. Be very cautious of this place since they are empetuos, jump to invalid conclusions and will discharge you and allow you to go through severe withdrawals without the least bit of compassion. It all started off good but it did not take long to show their real selves. I have never heard nor seen anything like this and I am 58. !!!W A R N I N G!!!
