Dr. Angela Marie Felix

I have found Dr. Felix to be very thorough in checking health issues. She is easy to talk to and she listens well. So, although she is very professional, I can tell that she truly cares about me as a person.

Dr. Felix is the best Dr. I have ever seen. My cardiologist didn't care that my blood pressure was still a little high and that my cholesterol was still high. Dr. Felix got my blood pressure and cholesterol back in line. She's also kind and caring. Very thorough.

I was in the hospital. Got out and was told to follow up with my doctor within 5 to 7 days. Was told by the office that Dr. Felix was too busy to see me. She didn't have appointments open for a few weeks. Was told by the office to schedule with another doctor or nurse practitioner who was available. If you want to go to anyone, just go to urgent care, especially if it concerns your blood pressure medication or rapid pulse and you think that your regular doctor would fit you in somehow in the next week because you need to have a new medication monitored. That is the reason for a doctor, for when you are sick. Seriously, if you want an available doctor that you can get in to see after you are released from the hospital because of your high blood pressure, so that she can help you and try and monitor what is happening, don't go to Thunderbird Internal Medicine and see Dr. Angela Felix. Just go to urgent care, it will be the same quality of service although they can get you in right away… and will take your blood pressure, etc........

She is extremely easy to talk to. Listens and cares about your issues and concerns. She takes her time and you don't feel rushed. She is a wonderful Doctor.
