Angela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master Level Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LMHC, LADC) with over 5 years of experience. She is passionate about helping adults and families address their unique challenges and live more fulfilling lives. Angela specializes in alcohol and drug addictions, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, coping skills, and health mentoring. Angela earned her Associate's degree in Business from Hesser College, her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. Her counseling approach is holistic and person-centered. She believes that it is possible to recover from a mental health or addiction problem. Angela believes that the most effective recovery is client-directed. Angela is trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solutions-focused therapy (SFT), and cognitive behavioral …therapy (CBT).
