Dr. Sarah Condict

Sarah Condict is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and certified yoga and meditation instructor. She has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, and community support, and has experience treating a diverse range of client populations with varying symptoms. Sarah provides unconditional positive regard, empathy, and a non-judgmental space for clients. This helps build the trust and rapport necessary for clients to engage in the healing process with courage and vulnerability. Sarah encourages autonomy and independence for her clients while maintaining consistent support and connection with them. Sarah primarily incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing strategies to support clients in sessions. She also utilizes mindfulness-based strategies related to her yoga training.
