very difficult to get an appt. with when sick .i have been a patience of dr.prakash for 3-4 yrs now and have had a constant struggle to get my meds refilled in a timely manor.the communication between who you talk to and who you need to talk to is poor and my most recent experience has left me no choice but to write reviews to warn others. I have been on medicine for 20 plus years.... same dose same drug. I needed refills on my bi polar meds and my thyroid ( I am without a thyroid) meds and called dr.office to get refills 48 hrs before the long holiday weekend. I followed up with office numerous times in that 48 hr period. I was worried to go without these...they never came through. I have been very disappointed to say the least and they give emory a bad name.

I've been a patient at this facility for over 13 years. I have had the pleasure of working with a fantastic physician by the name of Dr. Prakash Griffin most of those years.

I didn't know what to expect from Dr. Griffin-Prakash, her ratings weren't spectacular, but I have to say she has been great. Professional, courteous, prompt, great bed side manor, spent a very reasonable amount of time with me, and the follow-ups have been fantastic!

Dr. Prakash sees my entire family, and we are all very comfortable with her, even my husband and son, who I thought might be more comfortable with a male doctor, but who are very satisfied with her. I have recommended her to a few of my friends.

Dr. Prakash has provided me with outstanding preventive and progressive medical care. She listens well and provides great care and advice moving forward. I have total confidence in Dr. Prakash and strongly recommend her to any and everyone looking for an outstanding physician!

Her staff (particularly her nurse) does not seem to care about patients. They call you back if/when they feel like it. I was told that my issue was not important enough to see the doctor. Dr. Prakash may be a good doctor. But unless you can get past her nurse, you will never know. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
