I don't know about all the negative reviews to each there own, I've personally have had a great experience with the doctor and staff. I have not waited more than 30min, she does speak quickly or like she's in a hurry but she is very thorough and always answers my questions. As for the staff always courteous and greeted when we come in and her nurse is professional and kind I guess I had a way different experience but definitely going to stick with this office.

Horrible doctor! If you want poor poor poor care for you child, choose her for your child. Rude staff, long wait, if you EVER have an emergency and put a call into you her.. Expect NO call back, expect to wait for hours, and expect to call the answering service 10+ times. Horrible discussing office, you wait for 2+ hours to be seen and she talks like she's on crack! You see her all of 2min with really no help. I wouldn't recommend her if you paid me a million bucks!

I really like Dr. Herrmann, but her nurse is very rude, the one that gave my baby his shots. She comes in the room, says nothing, not even a few kind words to my crying baby, does the shots and leaves. Very abrupt and cold. She asks questions so fast that I can't keep up. Dr. Herrmann is very nice but speaks very fast and gets in and out of the room. I felt so rushed at this doctor. Also, they only take cash for co-pays.
