Dr. Angela Merzenich, MD

Amazing kind doctor. She had been my husbands doctor for many years and now mine. She listens and cares. Spends the time needed to answer my needs. I hope she is always my doctor

Perhaps she's well suited for older patients but as a young female, I found her to be very cold and lacking compassion, she insisted on unnecessary tests that I wasn't comfortable with and after much persuasion she was not gentle at all in performing those tests. Would not recommend to any young female. Terrible listener. Has the attitude that she already knows exactly what the diagnosis is within the first 30 seconds of listening and after that she checks out mentally.

Too many unnecessary tests to pad the bill.

Very cold not friendly at all....she likes to send you a lot of tests which equals a lot of money for her...not impressed...dont like her demeanor at all...switching to another doctor..

Great Experience! Doctor was kind, and interested in my issues. This is the first doctor that I told my issues to and actually got to the bottom line and got me answers. Staff is friendly and office is clean. A++++++

We love Dr. Merzernich and her front office staff, Stephanie. My husband has had a chronic condition and Dr. M has been there for us from the beginning. She is compassionate, responsive, listens to us and very knowledgeable. She has been a tremendous help in this situation and as soon as i am able to switch my insurance i will also be using Dr. Merzenich.

Office staff did not know what to charge me. Called in to make payment, she had never done that before.... switching doctors as soon as I can. Did not like her and not going back.

Hi, does anyone know where Dr. Merzenich's former office sent our medical records to? I cannot find the letter they sent for the physician they were suggesting we go to back in 2012 or so. I haven't been to Dr. Merzenich since 2011, but need to retrieve my records and finally pick a new primary care physician. Thanks if anyone can provide a review on this site with the physician's name or office contact info that Dr. Merzenich sent our records to. Your help is much appreciated!

I love Dr Merzenich! My family and I have been patients of hers for 11 years. The only reason I would EVER try to find a new doctor, would have to be the fact that I got too fed up with her office staff. That's the simple truth! I don't know if it's in their training when they are hired or just dumb luck? The office has a horrible turn-around percentage and it seems no matter who they have up front, those girls are always rude. I'm sorry, but if you can't at least smile at the patients checking in, you might want to find another line of work? I have worked in the medical field for 13+ years and unless I'm mistaken, it's a career for caring, considerate people? Our goal is to take care of patients whether we are having a bad day or not! Now for those of you who are upset with your wait times and not getting your test results "next day"? Please! It is more common than not!! Think of it this way. You are happy with the amount of time Dr Merzenich spends with you during your appointment,… right? Well, that is exactly what she is doing with another patient while you are in the waiting room. Be patient and wait your turn! As for the lab results...there is only one of her! Point taken? Unfortunately, if your experience at this office, or with any doctor is not good for you or your family, please don't stay, especially for months or years, this is your health we are talking about? Find a doctor that you are satisfied with not just someone you can give a bad rating to on the internet!
