Very satisfied,excellent care

I've been trying to communicate with someone from the office for over a week notice been calling during office hours but unable to get anyone only voicenote that says call when the office is open even though I'm calling during office hours. Please make contact with mrs Homnaut asap

I like going to Dr. Todd's office, the waiting time can be long but, I can guarantee that I'm going to get a good service. She delivered both of my children. She always takes her time to explain things to me whenever I have questions.

While the wait can sometimes be a bit, that's the situation in many doctors offices. Dr. Todd has an excellent memory when it comes to patients and their histories. She is thorough with her work and answers any + all questions

Disgusting. If I could give her no stars I would. Her interpersonal skills are horrific, rude, and completely unprofessional. She put me on a new medication that gave me symptoms that I was uncomfortable with and was not sympathetic. My insurance would not continue to cover the medication she previously prescribed and instead of going through the process to do a prior authorization she left a voicemail on my phone saying “When you get on the phone with these people you wait forever...My staff and I do not get paid all the money in the world to do all this work”. Understandably she tried online and thought it would suffice, but apparently their system was down so a phone call was the only option...that voicemail was her response. She was discussing a new medication with me to which I had questions. I pulled out a notebook and tried to look through what I wrote on the page that applied to her. She took one look at my handwriting and said, “If you’re going to ask me all of those… questions you’re going to need to make a separate appointment”. Who says that? When administering an IUD (which is an extremely painful procedure) I tensed up my body out of discomfort. Her response was to, I kid you not, YELL at me several times to “put my hips down” instead of being an understanding human being, giving me time to gather my bearings, and explain that my actions did not allow her to proceed. Mind you, I asked if I should take pain medication beforehand and she said no. She belittled me, disrespected me, and acted completely unprofessional. Even refused to meet with me in person to discuss my healthcare at one point. While she is skilled, she honestly should not be working with patients.

I was there for the first time for a basic standard paps smear test. I just told her I had fibroids which she did feel for herself and nevertheless proceeded to ram the device up inside me unapologetically while attempting to distract me by talking about something else. Needless to say I begin bleeding profusely the following day continuing for the next two days or so. It is fortunate that the bleeding did eventually stop and there was no need for URGENT CARE!

Positive reviews are fake! This doctor must have slept with someone for her degree! She is a horrid creature, office is putrid. Staff are rude & ghetto! Waited for 2+ hrs in that nasty place, then she chased me out and slammed the door! because I told her staff to wash her hands before she touched me. SHE NEEDS A MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION! Like last week.

I would never recommend Dr.Todd to any friend or family member of mine. Number one she has this one staff member who is disgustingly rude. Her attitude is horrible. You can never ask a question and get an answer and if you do get an answer she answers very rudely and brushes you off. DR. Todd on the other hand doesn't take time with her patients she's very insulting and just doesn't care definitely time for a change of Dr.

Dr Todd is very good, in fact excellent. but its a pity that one of her staff named Amanda is the most manner-less and uneducated person I have ever come across in USA. Seriously its just a pity, but I guess Dr Todd is too busy to notice these little things. Absolutely pathetic experience just because of that staff. We love you Dr Todd but honestly I am not going to recommend any of my friends or family ,your office just because of that person in your office. All the rest of the staff like Emily, Chelsea are excellent, courteous and well mannered.
