The absolute worst experience! Offices are outdated, dirty and cluttered. The office staff was aloof and cursory. They ran 1 hour late and when I inquired how long the doctor would be I was presented with a cursory answer of '20 minutes' - like it was no big deal. I left my office, cutting off a client, to insure I was on time. At no time did anyone bother to apologize or to communicate how long the doctor would be while I sat there. When I approached the front desk to complain and tell them I was leaving (having not even seen the doctor after an hour!), I was met with a cursory 'I'm sorry' like this happens all the time. No follow up of 'let me see what I can do', 'can we schedule another time for you' - nothing. Almost a curt tone! I know that I'm not the busiest person on the planet, but I cannot afford to take 1 1/2 hours of waiting time and commute to not even see a doctor. And to be met with aloof, uncaring and unprofessional attitudes - not the place I want to go! … There are plenty of doctors who appreciate their patients and are respectful of others' time. This experience tells me they overbook and that this type of waiting time is normal. I can understand emergency situations arise, but I don't suspect that's what was going on - this is normal and standard operating procedure

Has been my Dr. for 20 years, multiple surgeries. Never disappointed me, always considerate/ compassionate.
