Dr. Angelos N Manganiotis, MD

One of my worst experiences with any doctor. Reminded me multiple times to be sure to bring an acceptable form of payment. He told me that I needed to bring hospital records after I got there. I was told to make another appointment and bring my records next time. But he still charged me my deductible, even though I never saw him. He had no problem reminding me, multiple times, to bring payment but didn't tell me, ever, to remember to bring hospital records from other doctor procedures.

We had the worst experience with his staff. My brother was in pain due to a kidney stone, his insurance was active with United Health Care but the receptionist Judy made the mistake by inputting the wrong number from the card so it was declined. I called United and gave the phone to Judy. The representative told her the plan was active but Judy argued with the person on the phone. Given the pain my brother was in, I offered my credit card and told Judy I would work with the insurance and company afterwards if necessary but she said NO. Although my brother was in a wheelchair due to pain, Judy felt NO compassion and refused to attend us. Should't human compassion be number one from a doctor's office? We had valid insurance, we had money as back up, we basically begged Judy but she said No. We had no choice to leave ... What is going on in the medical field that is losing the purpose to care, alleviate pain and cure the patient or is Judy an exception as a person that does not… care for others? There was no kindness for my bother that was suffering? Thank God we found another doctor that afternoon that along with his staff was kind, professional, compassionate and friendly. They took the time to write the numbers from my brother's insurance card correctly. He ended up to have emergency surgery later that night.

After checking out and speaking to several Urologists for the removal of my Bladder Stones, I decided on Dr. Manganiotis. I am glad I did. He was amazing in the removal of two very large stones, as well as many smaller ones. The procedure which he did at Boca Regional went well, no problems. His knowledge and demeanor, as well as his pre and post process was flawless.

I did not care for Dr. Manganiotis’ bedside manner at all. I would NOT recommend him to anyone I care about.

This urologist is excellent, very personable and takes a genuine interest in the patient and answers all questions ! Highly recommend to all ages.

I am in best of care; at office & thru surgery.

It is our opinion that you seek help else where. This office is managed poorly. They are consistent with errors in scheduling. Even with my great patients the office staff was unprofessional and disregarding not to mention insensitive to the medical needs of their patients. With the help of review services like this ,patients in need won't waist their time trying to get help from this group of incompetent care providers. Think twice before making an appointment here. The last comment from the office manager to me was, " we know we are idiots, oh well". The problems in this office are ongoing and it is best that they are exposed to the public for safety reasons.
