My visit with Dr. Ketabgian was an overall bad experience. I felt rushed and unheard by this provider unlike my current doctor who is intuitive, caring and takes time to listen.

I agree she is a very nice lady and office staff are okay, some can be nice and some are not. I have been with her for about 2 years now but when you get lab work done or any outside labs done, they do not call you, you have to call them to ask but then the staff tells you everything is fine. When you feel something is serious and you need or want for her to send you out for more testing, she feels she can handle it. But she can't, i have been dealing with my issues since July of this year, and I am barely being diagnosed and referred out. She told me I need to give her the benefit of doubt to allow her to figure out what is going on while I am dealing with the pain. Your referrals will take about a month for them to get to, unless you call them constantly asking what is going on. I'll be switching this year due to open enrollment. What you feel is serious to you (even after talking to other doctors that it is a serious condition) she feels she will still continue to figure it… out while you are still in pain and you wait for her to figure it out or refer you out. I would not recommend her.. nice lady, for medical doctor, no i wouldn't refer her if you feel you are always sick. You'll never get a follow up call from her to see how you are doing either.

I recommend Dr K to all my friends and family. She spends generous time and listens eagerly while I explained my problems.
