Dr. Anil Manu Patel, MD

Doctor is very knowledgeable but the staff is the WORST - very rude and unfriendly, specially when it comes to money matters - even co-payments. In my last visit, the billing lady charged me $5 less in co-payment (her mistake). Next thing I know, I receive a call from her in 10 days or so demanding the $5 - she even threatened to add $5 fine if I did not pay up in 2 days. She wanted cash or check - no credit card. She wanted me to stop by in her office to pay - which is a good 25 min drive from my work. Also, the billing lady was not even ready to send me a bill for my payment - apparently saving on stamps. Very stingy people!

I have seen Dr. Patel for over a dozen years. The entire time everyone was professional and attentive. Over the years he has changed some staff. Each time if there was ever a concern or problem he took the time to speak to me and resolve the issue. I will continue to see Dr. Patel for many years to come.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Patel as my physician while HE was at Nellis, AFB. I was very sad to hear that he is no longer there. Since you left, I have seen several other doctors and none compare to you. Wish you had stayed longer...... ;{

This doctor is very unprofessional and rude. Never have I ever met such an unpleasant and unhappy person. Not only did her office not have a clue as to what was going on but she popped in and out and spoke to everyone as if they were lower than her or something. I will never return to her and DO NOT recommend her in any kind of way.
