Dr. Anil Verma, MD

I have been going to Dr. Verma for several years and even have my spouse going. I have never had an issue until today. It was not with Dr. Verma but his billing person(office manager), his spouse. I felt scolded and belittled on the phone. There was a problem with an insurance payment and I told her the wrong amount from what I was reading. She told me I need to call my insurance and that it is not their responsibility to call the insurance company. Their agreement is with me. She was rude and definitely not customer service friendly. Dr's don't realize that their staff is a reflection of them and I did not appreciate how I was spoken to or how this was handled. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

Very caring and knowledge. I had a very short waiting time and he took the time to listen to me. His staff was efficient and courteous. Highly recommend!

Dr. Verma and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and patient focused. My typical wait time for a scheduled appointment is under five minutes. The progression of treatment is well explained and circumspect. My overall experience is great and I’m very pleased I found Dr. Verma.

Dr Verma is a good doctor. He has been my doctor for about 20 plus years, however his wife is the office manager, and every time she is there it costs me money that can't be explained , She never greets you with a smile, never speaks to you when you sign in and I get no bill to say what I'm paying for, also they also schedule you for a lot of unnecessary office visits. All about the money!!

I went to this "doctor" a few times. He is nice but he will try to rip you off. He will do test that have nothing to do with what you initially came in for and your bill will skyrocket. I went in for a prescription refill, I was told to do multiple test that I didn't ask for and did not need. I was told that my bill was $355!!!!!! what an absolute joke. This guy is a doctor for one reason only, to screw his patients and maximize his profits. To call himself a healer is a joke. He's a business man first and doctor second. I strongly recommend you go find yourself a doctor that has passion for treating patients, not for maximizing profit.

His practice is excellent. very efficient staff. Very quick on follow-ups.I moved to his practice & I am glad I made the correct decision.
