These responses are quite old. I have been seeing Dr Kahn for 6 yrs or so. She has been wonderful. Diagnosed issues on spot. Requiring specialist. She is Private Care, not corporate owed.... I've never had to wait. She is always available if you are in need. I would highly recommend!!!

Negative experience. First visit pleasant enough. Getting referral orders sent over to my insurance was a battle. Office could not handle properly. Insurance company even called them and told them what was needed. They just sent over the same form. Totally ignored the instructions. After several emails and phone calls, I was exhausted. I was done. Had to change providers and start over again. Which is troubling, because I do have a health concern. Need a clinic that has a high bar of technology computer base. Knowledgeable staff. They didn't send electronically, they were faxing. Would not recommend.

Very rude, doesn't listen. Made poor assumptions, and seemed to try to make me feel really bad.

very poor staff. absolutely no manners. very rude and when asked for the doctor or to have doctor call back-it never happens. staff has very poor peopl skills.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST. I called to make appointment. Lacks front desk people skills. First words were to ask for insurance, when I provided information. She said "we do not take it - keep looking". Surprise, I called the insurance and YES the doctor is part of the network. NEVER MIND... I will take my business elsewhere.

I have moved to another city but I will drive the extra miles so that I can keep my physician. She listens and addresses my concerns.
