It has now taken 42 days since my appointment to get the office to send in a prescription to my mail order pharmacy. 42 days...let that sink in. They left me without my hormone replacement prescription, having hot flashes in the summer heat, night sweats, insomnia, ridiculous dryness & pain for 42 days & it took a month to get my pap smear results. I've called the office 20 times trying to straighten this out (they called in the script a full month after my appt but they did it wrong & wouldn't correct it so it couldn't be filled, the pharmacy called them 3 times but they never responded) When you do actually get someone to answer the phone they say they will call back but they never do. Usually you just get a machine but the mailbox is almost always full. When you do get to leave a message, they don't call back. Uncaring, inept office. I had a simple annual visit with a typical annual test (papsmear) & a simple common prescription & they managed to screw it up for 42 days, God forbid… you actually need help, go literally ANYWHERE else...Avoid this practice at all cost

Dr. Chait took great care of me (considering I miscarried twice ) to give me the peace of mind I needed to get through my recent pregnancy which She successfully delivered by the grace of God in Jesus mighty name.

The doctor was rushing through the whole appointment. My wife wanted to ask some questions and the doctor didn't give her time to speak. The nurse that was drawing blood used very rude language and treated us like we were little kids. When we called to find out if we can pick-up a copy of the blood work results, the receptionist basically told my wife that she will have to wait till doctor calls her. We are going to go back to Dr. Kiran Joshi in Hackensack because at least they treat us like human beings an speak to us with respect.

Dr. Anita Chait does not work with any insurance company. She is out of network. Because of that she can ask how much money she want from your insurance company, and you as a patient will finished up paying a huge bill.

I have never met a more unprofessional and emotionally unhinged doctor in my life.

The staff was extremely rude! Many times I would see them carry on with conversations while the phone would ring endlessly. The doctor had terrible bedside manner. Every time I would go in she would ask where the father was, every time I had to tell her there is no father. As I was walking out at my last visit she told me to go back in the room. Nervous, I thought she had noticed something on my ult/bldwrk. She had me wait in the room to come back in and scold me about not being married before becoming pregnant.

Dr. Chait is great she delivered my first child. but when i was pregnant with my second I became high risk and I felt I was treated rudely. I staff is the worst. You can never get an appointment or someone on the phone.

I feel comfortable with the doctors themselves. Their administrative staff is a mess. For them to truly be top doctors they need a new staff. I love waiting for an hour and then the staff is rude to you while you are 8 months pregnant.
