Excellent ER doctor. She made me feel heard, explained things clearly and provided outstanding treatment during a stressful situation.

She helped find out my sister’s heart problem. Decisive, straight-forward, she got the job done.

Dr. Haynes was really good at calming me down and finding out what was happening to me. She was reassuring and thorough.

My family and I saw Dr. Haynes after a terrible car accident. She was patient with the kids and diagnosed our entire family accurately and treated each of us according to our injuries. She arranged follow-up with Orthopedic Surgery. Kind and efficient.

Entered the room with a bad attitude. My Dad has leukemia. The oncologist sent him to the ER from the Piedmont office next door because he needed platelets. They were 8000, which is critical, and we expected uncontrollable bleeding at any minute. She wanted to do her own blood work, and spoke poorly of the oncology office. She said their numbers had discrepancies in them. When I asked what could cause the problem at hand and explained to her what we had experienced in the past, she replied with "are you a physician?" After we waited 3 hours for the blood test to come back, she came into the room to discuss the platelets. Her phone rang and she left the room in mid-conversation. She never returned. We dealt with the nurse only after that. She sat at the computer in at the nurses station the entire 4 more hours we were there. (I would have understood if she was busy helping other patients in need) The nurse apologized for her actions. The nurse was amazing!! The hospital… did not have the platelets that he needed, so they had to order them from the blood bank. That took 3 more hours. Then the doctor refused to test him again after he received platelets because she said that was not normal Piedmont protocol. His next appointment wasn't for 3 days and we needed to know if he could make it without getting another unit of platelets before then. She did not care about our worries or my Dad's health at all!

She was unprepared when she entered and very opinionated about what was happening. My pain level was made worse from her delay in action and she displayed an uncaring attitude which was very frustrating. I hope never to see her again. The rest of my stay and care was superior. Everyone else went above and beyond to assist in my care.
