Dr. Anita Khanna Mehta, DO

I would not recommend her at all. Waited 6 months for an appointment, was rushed through. Never returns calls regarding medication management.

Waited 4+ months for my appointment, then was rushed through and referred to another. OK, that is life... my problem with Dr. Mehta is that she does not respond to you when you have delayed test results or questions about your test results. She does not call you back. She has a tech call you back whose number one goal seems to be acting completely annoyed that you are bothering her with your existence, combined with her number two goal being to get off the phone as quickly as possible. In all seriousness, if you can go anywhere else, do it. Neurology is too scary and important to have the stress of a provider and practice that just does not care about their patients.

Very unprofessional, give up hopes as a second opinion neurologist and suggest pull the plug while initial neurologist still has testing ordered, came in the unit and announced HIV and go discussing patients medical history with strangers.

I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge and great bedside manner.

Dr Mehta was fantastic at diagnosing my condition. She was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to see her and recommend her!
