I am taking my wife to Dr.Yadav for over 4 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is the best and I usually don’t write reviews and her knowledge and care towards the patients made me toe rite this. She goes out of her way to know how the patient is doing after the procedure. She Diagnosed the problem and suggested the corrective treatment and she explained it with great care. I recommend her to every patient who is looking for a GI. Well the reviews I read talked about the office and I might have the same opinion about the admin staff. They r not great. Well I am not taking my wife where admin staff are great, I need the cure for my wife’s issue and Dr.Anitha Yadav is the cure. We are extremely satisfied with her work ethic and the care for patients.

Dr. Yadav took plenty of time with me explaining this procedure. The people working for her were polite and knowledgeable. There were restrictions about having a driver to take me home as I would be under a general anesthetic during the procedure. Due to my cancer and the meds I’m taking for that, she felt more comfortable doing the colonoscopy in a hospital. Due to my insurance this was not a problem for me and I appreciated the extra care. The reason I didn’t give her 5 stars is that this was my first meeting with her and I don’t give 5 stars to anyone but my Hem/Onc.

Do not go to this Dr. she ordered multiple blood tests that were considered experimental by my insurance and I was responsible for 7 out of 15 tests! Why did she do this.... because she didn't know! Her nurse was rude to me on multiple occasions and was not helpful in resolving this. The office manger declined to pay for this bill and told me to claim "Hardship" to Sonora Quest! Now I am responsible for this bill for routine blood work!

Routine colonoscopy scheduled. Go to pick up prep kit and find they prescribed a Tier 4! (>$100). I call insurance company and two $7 generics are available. Call back Desert Valley Gastro and there appears to be no problem prescribing another prep kit. I ask why a brand name drug is prescribed in the first place and am just transferred to ????? Are they getting kickbacks from big pharma? I have to leave a message but I don't even know the name or title of who they transferred me to. During my appointment the staff was very cold, distant, and unfriendly/unhelpful. Saw the doctor for < 5 minutes. Who knows if she is good or not though she seemed fine. The entire hassle of even trying to obtain costly healthcare has me leaning towards cancelling this procedure and taking my chances with colon cancer. Not to mention, the crazy rules they have about even getting to/from the procedure. It is like this every time you seek medical care, always a huge hassle and a bunch of… screw-ups.

She is the best! She is Very thorough, smart, spends time and explains the condition and treatment well! I would recommend her any day!

She is one one of best GI. She is very caring thorough, takes time and communicates every detail. I have been to. Rey many GI doctors, but she is the best! I would any day recommend my family and friends to her. She is awesome!
