Wait time long, but both Dr's are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Bedside manner was outstanding! Keep up the good work!

I waited for over an hour to be seen, the office is dirty and so unprofessional. I felt like I was in a third world clinic for drug addicts. I overheard people talking about having to pay extra for pain medications. The staff was so unprofessional and the rooms were small and had sliding doors or curtains on them. It was horrible and I wont go back.

Unless you're dying, don't go there...the staff is extremely rude and you have to wait for hours to even be acknowledged, much less seen...they have a program for drug addicts where drug addicts are given a drug called Suboxone, which is very good for what's it's intended for....but not everyone wants to have to sit in a waiting room with a buncha junkies..(just being brutally honest here!) I believe in these programs but not at a "FAMILY" physicians office. Be prepared to soar for hours also b/c you will not walk in and walk out anytime soon!!!

The staff is very unorganized. No warning that Dr. GARG was going to be out of town for personal reasons and when I calle to verify my appointment which was 3 days away, was told that Dr. GARG is out of town and that I was needing to find another doctor to prescribe my medication. I have had opened heart surgery aortic valve replaced and mitral valve repaired and complete heart block with a pacemaker. Single father raising two children by myself and now I have zero time to find a doctor to accept my insurance and get me in on time to get my much needed medication. Thanks.

Unless you are looking for pain medicine, don't even bother with this Dr. You can hardly get an appt and when you do, you have to wait forever because of all the junkies picking up their meds. He doesn't care about any other health conditions, and the staff is lazy. I waited for 2 hrs only to be told I didn't have an appointment and they won't see me. Even though I have the appointment card that they gave me. I have never seen such incompetence. The PA and the nurse are ok, but the rest are useless, especially the elderly lady that's always running around but knows nothing. I don't know her job title, or if she even has one. She may be family or something. She certainly never does any actual work. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

This is the only place that take ins. For suboxone treatment that i have found or i would never come back u have to wait 2,3 or 4 hours to even be called up to pay they dont do anything in order they never make appt. They just say come in at 1 and wait.. the staff seem nice as well as the dr. But they dont seem to know what they are doing. I would say come here as a last resort...
