Dr. Ann Marie Kostal Church, MD

Dr. Ann Church took care of me 16 years ago. At that time we were having difficulty with pregnancy. She was a caring, encouraging doctor. Dr. Church told me that someday, someone would call me "Mom." She was the attending doctor with an Ectopic pregnancy, saved the tube. There was also Endometriosis, and she needed to cauterize the area. It was all done by laparoscopy, and two small incisions in the "bikini" area. Shortly after she did this surgery, I was pregnant with my oldest, age 16. We now have a 14 year old as well, thanks to Dr. Church and the surgery she performed.

Dr. Church is the best!!! She is kind,courteous and really knows her stuff. She is exactly the kind of Doctor we need in Grants.

My daughter inlaw went into labor. She called Dr. Church. Dr.Church told her to go to the hospital. When arriving at the hospital, she found out that Dr. Church, had never phone the hospital that she was coming in and also did not let them know that she was several hours away in another town. And if that was not enough, did not let another Doctor, that was suppose to be on call for her, So that they would cover for her, until she could arrive, at the hospital. Our grand daughter was born dead. Because the cord got wrap around, her neck. And there was no ob doctor there that could do emergency c section. Also Dr. Church show up at the hospital several hours late and was smelling of alcohol. So please never trust the life of your unborn child with her, PLEASE, do not trust her.
