Amazing doctor... highly recommend!!!

I am so fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. D’Heureux is always friendly, warm and caring. She listens carefully to my concerns and has always been successful in treating any problems I am experiencing. Over the many years I have been a patient, I have had surgery and a couple in-office procedures. I am always so grateful to this highly skilled physician. I trust Dr. D’Heureux-Jones completely!

I originally went to Dr. D'Heureux due to discomfort in my abdomen and was not satisfied with my current gyn. After 15 minutes with Dr. D'Heureux she immediately determined the problem and I was operated on within two weeks. I complained to my initial gyn several times and was informed there was nothing wrong. Dr. D'Heureux is very caring, very knowledgeable and I would recommend all my friends to her. She is the BEST! Also the office staff are amazing.

I had an annual exam with Dr. D'Heureux-Jones and I will never go back. She twisted the metal specula around inside of my vagina and shoved it into areas I never knew existed. She then gave me a rectal exam with no warning - I was later told by another physician that rectal exams for an annual pap are no longer performed. She was so rough, even her assistant flinched while she assisted. I also asked that certain screenings be done and learned after viewing my medical records that the screenings were never done. After her annual exam, I could not walk without pain for five straight days. Entirely too rough. Her collegues agree her methods were unecessary and unprofessional. She will make a young girl not want to continue to come for her screenings because they are painful...something we should not have happen.

Yes, you may wait a bit at the office but she is well worth it. She is caring, considerate, and incredibly dedicated to making sure each patient gets her undivided attention. She spends whatever time you need and ensures all of your questions are answered and is very approachable about any medical subject. You will never feel rushed and if you leave a message for her nurse, you get a prompt return call.

I love Dr. D'heureux, she has a great personality, helps you feel comfortable, at ease. She listens to your concerns, then takes time to explain in detail. Thanks Dr. D'Heureux.
