On phone during our visit. Did not pay attention to my concerns. Seemed to have preconceived ideas before I walked in. Terrible experience. Do not go to her.

Was sent to her through VMAG to help with a filing for a service connection. After our virtual appt. I have received no other contact from her or her office for 3 months. I am very dissatisfied with this dr. other than that she was on time and listened and gave good advice. VMAG needs a report to move the process along and you haven't sent one to them or me, to help expediate the process. I have tried contacting this office with no response.

Abandoned me as a patient. No forwarding referral. She also wrote lies about me in her notes. She tried to ruin my lawsuit. Extremely unethical, highly immoral individual. I don’t recommend this person for any kind of treatment. I’m currently preparing to file a lawsuit against her for damages.

She is hardly available and seems to sides with one parent whom she is friends with rather than her patient

Dr. Hernandez has always been very caring and genuinely concerned about my health. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone who needs the care. She has made it possible for me to continue my life to the best of my ability. She’s an excellent doctor.
