Dr P and her staff are AMAZING! I left my old PCP because the staff there was pretty rough and everything always required multiple follow up. This is not the case here. Everyone is helpful and attentive.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Palaganas does not care about mental health patients. My husband requires medication for anxiety and ocd. He was just at the dr. 6 months ago . He has to pay 100.00$ out of pocket to see the Dr. and the nurse just asks how things are going and then sends in the refill. The Dr. comes in talks for two minutes and you leave 100.00$ down the drain. We are in a financial rut right now due to car problems and cannot make it in for an appointment . He was just in 6 months ago and Dr. Palaganas said she would not refill his medication because she cares about his health . He was just in 6 months ago and was seen. If she was concerned about his safety she would care that he will withdraw from his medication. That’s what she should care about. But no, she wants her 100.00$ office visit. This is not the first time he has experienced this and I have experienced it here as well with the same issue. If you are a mental health patient or require any medication for… you to live and function normally don’t go to this place . The staff is the rudest staff especially Tammi! We are talking about mental health medication that he has been for taking for years. She doesn’t even see us before the refill is sent in. That doesn’t seem like a true dr. That really cares.

Dr. Palaganas is a great doctor who really takes the time to understand you and your health. From our first appointment, I immediately felt comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP.

This is the most incompetent office of all time. Dr P tries very hard, but for difficult cases she just doesn't have the knowledge to treat them.

Was looking for a new Primary care doctor and I found it with Dr. Palaganas. She is very professional, nice and has great bedside manners. I would and have referred other to go see her.

Doctor Palaganas and very friendly and really listens to your problems, medically related or not, as they may intertwine with your problem. She has very good bedside manors and is truly kind hearted and puts all your worries at ease. Every detail is reviewed and explored to find the route of the problem.

I made an appointment as a new patient, it took several weeks before they could see a new patient, The day of my appointment came, I fasted all morning, when I arrived they said I did not have an appointment, I showed them all the notes I took over the several phone calls we had just to make the appt. I had a persons name whom I spoke with and made the appt. with the office staffed laughed and said Heather didn't really work there and should'nt make appointments, they then slammed the window on me and asked me to wait they were going to see if doc could still see me. (they were closing at noon and it was 10:30am) while I waited another patient walked in was terribly sick, had already seen the doc, and needed more medicine before the holiday weekend, the receptionist told her no way and slammed the window on her too.then she came back to me (calling me the wrong name)and told me they would not see me that day, So in conclusion, I actually never even seen the doctor, I HAVE TO ASSUME THE… UGLINESS OF THE STAFF COMES FROM THE TOP DOWN. I choose now not to go there and I go elsewhere where they do not suck the joy out of my day. GOOD LUCK to all their patients.

I was disappointed when my life-long PCP retired, but felt immediately relieved when I met Dr. Palaganas, who was taking over his practice. She is compassionate, easy to talk to, and efficient without making you feel rushed. She clearly knows the latest treatment and diagnostic techniques and can quickly solve your problem. I still get to work with the nurses I've known over the years, and the new staff at the Manistee Clinic are wonderful. Wait time is shorter than most places. I'm so happy to have found a new doctor, and I'll be a loyal patient for years!

Beside the nurses the whole office is a joke. Very rude. Front office support staffs don't have time for patient. Makes fun of patients and elderly people. Don't go there. Poor service

Dr. is good but the support staffs are lazy and pretends to be super busy. Doesn't care about patient. It took me over a month to get a pre approval sorted out. Don't go there if you care about your time.
