My son had a 4 month appointment we scheduled months ago. I was on time but my husband was 8 min late due to traffic and they refused to see us ! Nikki, apparently the manager and the ladies at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. They said, "We have patients to see," we're patients too! And already had an appointment and my husband was literally walking in ! We have never been mis treated like that before. And apparently they schedule only 10 min for your appointment and that's the window you have to get there and talk to the Dr.? Might I add my son was sick over the weekend and needed to be seen! They wouldn't even fit us in with a different Dr. because apparently they don't "do" that there. Piece of advice, if that's how you're going to run your office then you better make dang sure you're on time! There have been many appointments we've waited 20 min to be seen! Very petty. Absolutely hated this office and customer service, not to mention the nurses at the Triage line… are very uneducated and always refer you to the ER. They can't even give you advice over the phone? And you have to schedule an appointment just to ask questions? Patients be aware!!! Do not go to this office! You're just a number to them !

First appointment surpassed my expectations. Not only did she make time to see both my children, but she accurately diagnosed our daughter with something that has been missed in the past by other peds. And an extra perk was they did flu shots for the kids and us the parents!

She is a moms best friend when it comes to a sick baby.

We discovered Dr Overy for our little one during a seminar and found her to be great. She is very willing to listen and hear our concerns. She is gentle with our son and there is no question that she cares. We are changing doctors but it is not because of her it is because of her nurse. Her nurse is not the happiest camper, it seems as though it is always work when dealing with us.

Dr. Overy has been our pediatrician for nearly two years & every time we see her, I feel like I'm visiting with an old friend! She takes the time to listen and answer questions thoroughly and remembers what makes my children unique. We plan to stay with her for years!

I brought my 11 month old son in several times and Dr.Overy could not explain why my son had paralysis. Dr. Overy had been his doctor since birth. He ended up having a bleed in his spine due to hemophilia. The bleed was compressing his spine and could have caused permanent paralysis. My son has been through alot of mysery that could have been avoided if they staff cared enough. Apparently being paralysed for weeks and coming in several times with no change in symptoms is not urgent enough to get him an appointment. Needless to say we are now taking him to a new doctor.

Dr. Overy is the best!! Her bedside manor second to none! We have a daughter with special needs so this matters. I completely trust her and so do the kids. She takes extra time to answer questions, and is up to date on health information. Several times has checked all three of our kids ears at a visit, doesn't miss anything. Makes us feel so taken care of. I love this lady, she is a godsend. Office staff great too. Can always call and talk with a nurse or they call right back. Very little wait, and great lobby toys. Life is good. :)

Dr. Overy is the very best, she is kind, compassionate and very smart. We are very grateful to have her guide us with the cafre of our children!

I absolutely adore Dr. Ovary. She came highly recommended from my OB. She is very professional and kind. She makes it easy to ask questions and ease any concerns. You can tell she truly loves her profession. I would have given 4 stars all around but I personally feel that a member of her staff could work on her bedside manner. Her medical assistant comes across as unfriendly and somewhat annoyed when she is evaluating my baby. I've asked questions pertaining to my baby's health and she just gives me a short answer with a dumb look. Odd The ladies up front are awesome and very friendly. When ever I've called they are courteous and professional.

Dr. Ovary is the best Dr. My children have been to. When there is something bothering my cihldren and we as parents can not find the problem- she is three and she finds the problem. if i dont understand something as a parent with the big ol dr mumble jumble she takes the time to explaine something to me. she praises my children in everything they do. she truely is the best and i would recomend her to anyone out there who is looking for a dr. for there child.
