Very rude doctor and don't recommend anybody to go to her awful

My visit was a while ago but I still remember it. I came in with a very severe and persistent cough. It was to a point where I would get those coughing attacks I could barely speak. The doctor was quite unfriendly and it seemed like she didn't really care or want to be there. She listened to my chest (through my shirt) and basically send me home saying I'm ok. However, I also had a chest X-Ray done and as soon as I got home I got a call from the office telling me that the X-Ray showed I had pneumonia on my left lunge! So I clearly wasn't fine. I wouldn't want to see Dr. Sachs ever again and I don't recommend the Doctor to anyone. Looking at the reviews here I see I'm not alone.

I've been seeing Dr. Sachs for many years and find her to be very thorough, caring and dedicated.

Dr. Sachs was very professional but friendly. She put me at ease in the 1st couple of minutes, asked questions to find if there were any problems I might not be sure were causing the major problem. I was very happy with Dr. Sachs & her staff as well.

The lady who checks people is very very openly rude. Dr Sachs herself only prints off pages from the Internet to give my family and I when we go in for visits. Plus the waiting room is a nightmare. Truly wondering how this lady ever became a doctor in the first place.

I didn't care for this doctor at all... I chose her when I first moved here because she had treated a few family members, and they seemed satisfied with their level of care - initially (they've also found another practitioner). I agree with the other reviews that she doesn't really seem to care about being personable with the patients and often seems as though she has other things to do than to spend time in the room with them. I, too, received a print-out. There was no follow-up as to what to try next when what she tried didn't resolve the issue (during the appointment) - just sent me on my way as though the issue was suddenly resolved. No concern or anything displayed at all... it was not a good experience, and I left feeling disappointed and having to make another appointment elsewhere - and of course pay another co-pay, etc. It's a shame really because the front office staff was so friendly and courteous. I would have chosen another doctor in that practice but was told that many… would not see me out of 'professional courtesy' to her... so I went to an entirely different practice.

I have never met a doctor that is so rude. She spends next to no time with you, leaves the room and then sends the nurse in with a print-out for you to take home. I have tried to be personable with her and find some ounce of kindness with no luck. I would not walk, but run to a different doctor.

I feel like she listens to my symtoms and then leaves the room to google them. Usually comes back with a print out about my illness. Just hands it to me and never explains anything. I feel like she laughs when I explain things to her. I hate explaining everything to her nurse and then explaining it again when she comes in. Never spends more than 10 minutes in the room with me and never comes back in.

I have never been to a doctor that is so blase about my health. She is uncaring and quick to get out of the room. She wont come back in if you have more questions. I have been very dissapointed.

Both my daughter and I have seen Dr. Sachs when we were sick. She spent less than 5 minutes with us and each time did nothing. I knew I had strep and needed an antibiotic. She said if the rapid strep test was negative she would not put me on antibiotics. It was negative so she told me to go home and get some rest. That night I had to pay another copay and go to urgent care where I was diagnosed with strep and was put on an antibiotic. I do not recommend this dr. at all. We will never go back to her again.
