My daughter went undiagnosed for almost 2 years! Several ER visits and SEVERAL trips to see Dr. Cain who barely examined my daughter and acted like we were being ridiculous for beinging her in!!! She actually told me at one point kids pretend to have belly pain for attention!! One trip to a Doctor who actually ran tests including a trip to Children’s Mercy and she was quickly diagnosed with Celiac disease!!!! Horrible Horrible Doctor!!!!

My children have been with Dr. Cain their whole lives. She has always been wonderful with them. She talks and listens to both the parents and the children. She has always spent as much time as we have needed and never made me feel like my visit was unwarranted.

Dr. Cain helped us during a major medical issue a few years ago and has provided wonderful follow up care since. She's great with both the kids (including teens) and parents, making sure questions and concerns have been answered.

We appreciate Dr. Cain and all she has done for our grandchildren. We know they are in good hands, and Dr. Cain is available 24/7 -- not many people can say that about their pediatrician!

Dr. Cain has always been available to answer any questions I had and provide reassurances when I was freaking out about things. Super friendly staff.

Dr. Cain really takes the time to get to know her patients and their families. She is very personable. My kids have always felt comfortable there and I really appreciate that she talks to them too, not just to a parent. Also, we don't just get a diagnosis. She talks to her patients not just about symptoms, but about how they can live a safe and healthy lifestyle.

I love knowing that I can rely on Dr. Cain and her staff when my kiddo is sick or I have questions that need answered.

Have been going to Dr.Cain since born. Would not go to anyone else. I trust her, and appreciate all the advice she has provided over the years.

My daughter loves the staff. I love how knowledgeable they are. They are awesome with kids.

I am a first-time mom and with that comes lots and lots of questions they are very good at answering all of those questions without reminding me that I am a first-time mom. I love the office I know that as my son grows older he will think that it's a fun place to visit and not a scary one. Dr. Kim is available any time that I need to ask her something the rest of her staff is very informative as well. I love that the Urgent Care is in office so he doesn't have to go to an emergency room. I highly recommend them
