Incompetent, uncaring doctor

I have seen Dr. Steiner for 25 years and have found her to be an excellent physician. She is very personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and careful. She cares a lot about her patients and is incredibly supportive. I do not know of a better doctor!

Awful, gruff, condescending bedside manner. Gave me a surgical procedure without consent; it was a completely different procedure than what was described on the consent form. She pierced an open wound before applying local anesthesia. She insinuated the situation was my fault because I did not come in sooner. Uncaring and unsympathetic to my questions. I felt no sense of trust or safety. A physically and emotionally traumatic experience. Please regard this review as an earnest warning.

I was very nervous finding a new ob/gyn. I felt that her and the nurse were very rushed and short with one another. Was extremely painful and felt rushed when asking questions.

Very unfriendly. Wrong diagnosis.
