Dr. Anna Berenstein, MD

I changed my primary to Berenstein because I wanted a female doctor. When I showed up, her office looked more like a Messy Attorney's Office than a Doctor's office. Nothing was clean, her desk was in the same examining room and was covered in papers, bills. I walked in and thought, oh great. Another completely weird Florida experience. It did not disappoint. I went in because I'd felt sick/off for about a week and my son had just been sick. Also had an earache so I figured I'd gotten his ear infection. She 'examined' me and found I had absolutely nothing wrong with me. Must be in my head. I left and, feeling sicker, had to go to urgent care the next morning. Low and behold, I had a massive ear infection -so bad that the doctor wanted a second option - and a fever. I was put on two medications. Not only was Berenstein unprofessional but I think this was malpractice. Perhaps because I was using Medicaid she had a problem with me? Something certainly felt off. I would not go back to her… by any means. If a doctor can't look in your ear properly and see a massive ear infection, what can they do?!

Anna Bernstein is the best. She is that traditional doctor that gives you time, and genuinely cares about people. Fortunately, I’m a pretty healthy guy, but when I need a doc, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And that’s my 2 c

Dr. Berenstein is very smart and helpful. She is caring and very kind. The secretary is the only problem; She is very rude and makes me not want to go to the office. If there was a better secretary, I would definitely be a loyal patient since I really like the doctor.
