Dr. Claugus Has been my primary care doctor for five years. I am 80 years old and my healthcare has been provided by a lot of different doctors over those years. Dr. Claugus is the best! The nickname I have given her is "Super Doc"

This child had picked up my chart and made decisions before she had even met me.. did she just come from the Teenage prom? Does she have any clue that you cannot abruptly cease the use of ANY hormones? Instead waiting for a blood test to come back you are filled the prescription first.. especially if the patient has been on it for long periods of time.. would she cease antidepressants or antipsychotics just because she didn't feel comfortable? Perhaps a phone call may have helped?????????... I wouldn't go near this woman with a ten-foot pole..

Dr. Claugus is a wonderful and caring Dr. She always treats me with kindness, she encourages me with her positive vibes. Her knowledge of medicine is above and beyond what I could have asked for in a Dr. She makes you feel like a family member and always has a smile on her face. I followed her from another group and glad she stayed local. Dr. Claugus is one of a kind and I would recommend her to all.

We moved here from Virginia and needed a new family doctor. Some of our meds are controlled. I needed medical authorization in NC for my vehicle window tint, a NC handicap placard, prescriptions filled. My daughter needed a physical for school and meds refilled. Dr. Anna was fantastic! She asked the right questions, listened, and took care of both of us. Highly recommended!

Dr. Anna Claugus left Novant Health in Mooresville and began working with Holston Medical Group and didn't inform ANY of her patients. I happened to call in and was told by the receptionist. Also after learning that she moved to a different practice, since we didn't have a negative rapport prior I decided to follow her where she went as I was going to try and see her more often to correct some health issues I was experiencing. Well I saw her at HMG in Mooresville and she was rushing me off. She also never followed up with me after medical treatment & I've done the work of constantly calling the HMG office and leaving countless of messages regarding follow up as there was No plan. She has YET to respond or a nurse there. Gladly moving on to a REAL Professional doctor who actually does this with the patient's well being in mind. Health is not a joke!

Dr Claugus is really the best doctor I have encountered since moving to the USA. She is professional, she is current with everything medical and she has an amazing manner about her.

Dr. Claugus isn't to bad - I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Not very knowledgeable about in depth conditions just wants to refer you elsewhere. The staff is very incompetent and rude. Never been to an office that is so disrespectful and lazy.

She's a rookie, and it shows. She was not very friendly and didn't seem to be interested about my condition or me as a person. The only reason I made an appt. with her in the first place, was because my doctor of 15 years moved up into Administration with Novant health and she was the easiest one to get an appointment with. I don't believe she has even been there that long, as she is not listed on their website. She was also condescending which I felt was inappropriate behavior for a doctor that has never met me before.

Seemed knowledgeable but lacked compassion.
