Dr. Hsu was wonderful. I went in for a second opinion on a poorly healed septoplasty, and she really took her time looking at my nose and explaining things. She even made time for examining inside the nose with a camera, and she went back in to look at some scar tissue that was hard to see. She answered all my questions and was very patient. Everyone in the office was helpful.

Dr. Hsu helped fix my broken nose! She explained everything very well and gave me very clear expectations. The surgery went very smoothly and my breathing is much better! She was also incredibly kind and friendly! All in all a wonderful experience! The surgery scheduler, Kenyana, was also extremely helpful and communicative!

Dr. Hsu is such a wonderful doctor. She is very caring and attentive and listens to everything that you have to say. She carefully walks you through everything that she is going to do and even uses pictures and drawings to help you better understand. She put tubes in my ears and also did my sinus surgery. She truly cares about her patients. Whoever gave her a one star review probably never even met her. She is a five star doctor in my book and I would recommend her to anyone I know.
