Great doctor. Made time for me. Small office. Minimum wait time. Tell her straight forward what your problem is. She tries to help me alway.

I went with my wife for my annual exam which is 100% covered my my insurance. She tried to charge me a $140 office visit and I had to get her on a 3 way call with my insurance company so they could give her detailed information regarding my Annual Physical Exam. I asked her to please check for any skin abnormalities and asked her for a prescription for generic Viagra. She never checked my skin and seemed to rush through the exam. She refused to prescribe the generic Viagra which I had to simply order online even after sending her my stress test results which indicated I had a strong heart. I now have a new primary care Dr. that seems to actually care and wrote me a script as I requested. I received multiple bills from Quest Diagnostics because the Dr. did not follow my insurance companies guidelines even though I got her on a 3 way call with the insurance company so she would be crystal clear regarding my annual physical exam.

- Incorrect medical diagnoses & treatments. - Very difficult to communicate with. - Horrendous bedside manner. - Rushed appointments.

We lived in Orange County and moved to another county 4 years ago. We went back to her even if I have to drive over 100 miles. She's my senior son's doctor also. The trip to see her is worth it. In my 65 years in California She's the best, most competent, friendly, kind doctor I've ever had!

One of the worst Dr. I have ever seen. She is impolite, rude, unprofessional, and doesn't know how to claim insurance. As a doctor, she even did not wear a mask during the COVID-19. She cannot give the correct cure. She always hangs up without finish the talk, just said bye...She promised to call back and never did it. And her assistants are rude as well. Very bad experience. She just cares about the money grab from patients.

I could not recommend a better doctor. Mu husband and 3 boys have all been under the care of Dr. Liu for over 5 years I have never had a more attentive doctor. She's called to follow up after every appointment for common illnesses. I don't believe that's normal practice and it is evident of her genuine care for her patients. My husband and I constantly are enamored with the level of service she provides. Sadly were moving 6 hours away and we honestly don't know what we will do since we feel like we've had a private doctor. Mai and khoi Hoang

dedicated and Conscientious doctor. I always feel some much better after seeing Dr. Liu. She give every patient 30 minutes of undivided attention. In today's HMO world, that is very rare to spend so much time trying to understand each patient and meeting their needs. I could have asked for a better doctor.

She is very patient and answers all your questions. She scheduled 30 minutes each patients, so you are never rushed or having to wait for a long time for appointments.
