I would not recommend Wegierek Psychology Center because of ineffective treatment and unprofessional staff. My husband was seeing by Dr.Nykiel 7 times. In none of these visits was he provided with any tools to help him with his issues, so he got discouraged and stopped the therapy. We also ended up with an overpaid co-payment that our insurance covered later due to change in policy. Doctor's staff insists that the payment was never received even though it shows on my insurance side that the check was cashed out. Now billing specialist Michelle says that she "won't waste time calling insurance for $20" (then just send me my check if $20 is not a big thing for you, right?). We've been trying to straighten it out with the office manager Alex who is not in the office whenever we talk to her over the phone. She promises me and my insurance representatives to check on the issue when she's in the office and has an access to the records, but she never did. Do not waste your time and find… yourself more helpful and friendlier provider.

Dr. Anna Maria Wegierek is the most compassionate and knowledgeable medical professional I have yet to meet. She treats her patients with respect and is fully interested in their wellbeing. After 5 years of unsuccessfully seeking medical help with other professionals I’ve found Dr. Wegierek who offered the care I needed. I will be forever grateful for the life changing help I have received. I would also like to note that the receptionist was polite and helpful when scheduling appointments and I always felt welcome.

She is absolutely wonderful! She is kind and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend this practice!

I was really fortunate to find this psychologist that provided a psychological evaluation which will enable my son to receive medication for his diagnosis. My son and I went to Dr Anna Marie Wegierek office, to review the psychological evaluation. The doctor was organized and read the report to us. She provided copies of this report for us and for our family doctor. The doctor was very patient and listened to my son talk about his various concerns. She took the time to make sure we understood the tests results. I found Dr Wegierek to be understanding and compassionate regarding this situation. She provided suggestions and outlined the next steps to be taken for receiving medical treatment. I would recommend this doctor because she took her time explaining the test results and shows she cares about her patients.
