Dr. Anna Zhang

Doctors should be compassionate , kind n helpful but unfortunately Dr Zhang is not only rude but dismissive. I hope she understands that n interacts with patients with kindness. But sorry I had bad experience.

Dr. Zhang discriminated against patients who were not born in the United States. She initially justified her inability to address concerns by stating, “that’s not the way healthcare is done in the United States,” and later changed her explanation to say it was “Kaiser’s way” after being questioned. She tends to take matters personally and does not respect patients’ opinions. Doctors are not always right, and in many ways, patients understand their own situations better.

She was dismissive, rushed, and rude. I never write reviews, but she was so terrible I had to make sure nobody goes through that. I’ve genuinely never met a doctor with such poor bedside manner.
