Dr. Anna Zlotina, MD

The office staff is terrible, they always put you on hold and then transfer you to a machine. Doctor is never available and never returns calls. The nurse that calls back is so rude. They never follow up with results, you have to call the office multiple times to get your results. THe only positive in that office is the nurse practioner!

Everytime you call the office, you are put on hold for an extensive amount of time. You can never speak with the doctor and the one of the nurses that takes the calls is very rude, acts like you bothering her and is not pleasant at all. I never get call backs for lab results and have to call many times for results. For something as easy as reading a urine culture, Im not sure why the nurse is not able to tell you the results you have to wait for the doctor and she never calls back until after hours.

Dr. Zlotina went ballistic over my blood pressure, did not ask me what I had tried before, showed no interest in why I can't take blood pressure medications, and was about to prescribe something I recognized and remembered as making me lethargic. She took my explanation as being argumentative and non-compliant. She then suggested an second diuretic in addition to the one I was taking. I tried it for a week and a half, and reported very unpleasant side effects. I don't think she really believed me. In her last notes about me she stated that I had multiple back surgery. It took me days to figure out that she was talking about two or three tiny scars where some tissue was removed when I was an infant. She saw these when listening to my chest and back, never asked me what they were, never breathed a word about them. Dr. Z. wants to see improvement in her patients. She is not a doctor for any degenerative failings. Seniors beware. Be sure to request written copies of… everything, and be sure to check your Medicare statements of claims.

Every time I saw this doctor, she would make serious illnesses seem unimportant. Other times she would simply disregard me and send me to the hospital so they could deal with the problem. Over all very nonchalant about all health issues. She should not be a doctor, in my opinion. She makes you want to put your head down when she walks in. Definitely do not recommend this doctor.

Though I think Dr. Z is a caring person she is rude and has no bedside manner. She told me 3 or 4 medical inaccuracies during one appointment. When I was having a reaction to a medication and she told me to continue taking it although my cholesterol levels didn't warrant me taking the drug. If it wasn't for her very caring staff I would have left her long ago! My blood pressure went up 20 or 30 points when I saw her.

She was overall a rude person. She scolds her patients like we're children. When you ask her to repeat herself, she acts annoyed (for the record, I'm 41 yrs old and will be pursuing my PhD next year) - overall, she is very impersonal. Never completed follow-up, one would have to call her to find out results, even when a serious or acute issue. I left her care without a phone call - was fed up with her unprofessional bedside manner.

She does not listen and constantly interrupts me as soon as I start to answer her questions. She scolds me like a little child (I'm 80 years old and still working). Her opinion of who I am is wrong. She has also made too many mistakes in my care.

Dr. Zlotina is a very caring Physician. Her bedside manner is excellent as she conveys concern of my health and well being.

Got an appointment. NO ProblemNot Courtesy - did not understand her medical terms and then she scolded meBedside manner - doesn't existSpending time - Has something else to do, almost like I was wasting her time.The first time, I never say anything, but, a second and third time. 3 strike she is out!!!
