Dr. Annapurna Pattisapu, MD

I could probably write a novel on her lack of compassion.She does not the the time to listen to your concerns and will talk over you. She does not communicate with other doctors and and has prescribed medications that that that should have not been prescribed. The errors were caught by the pharmacist. A primary care doctor is suppose to coordinate your care. She fails to do this. She shifts blame on others rather then accept responsibility for her errors. It took her months to finally include a diagnostic code for a medication. She argued that she did it while in fact she did not. It took multiple visits and phone calls to finally get the prescription filled. I.am extremely frustrated how rushed you feel during an appointment and how she is not following up on the referrals she sends you too.

I do not recommend Dr. Pattisapu. Her bedside manner is poor. She is pushy about her knowledge and medicine and doesn’t listen to her patients.

Dr. Pattisapu was recommended by a co-worker in 2002 and she was my primary physician until her recent sabbatical. I hope to return to her under my current insurance provider this year. Her experience, listening talent, compassion and ability to swiftly determine my medical concerns resulted in the best possible outcomes for me in several areas. I trust her with my life and well being.

Has medical oversights and when you address how she overlooked them, tries to avoid and places blame on patients. She treats you as a number and even says so. Does not like to listen and loves to talk. Constant issues with her overbooking me. Makes you come in to discuss lab work even if nothing is wrong so she can collect money.
