If you are interested in developing stress related medical problems, then please do visit the UCLA Westlake Village Dr Anne Climaco's office. Dealing with the front desk and the billing department is a nightmare and can induce the worst of headaches. Expect to wait at least an hour at the front desk no matter if you have an appointment time or not. Expect multiple billing issues as well. And forget about trying to get any resolved because it takes at least 10 minutes of waiting on the phone line before you can speak to anyone. And if you do speak to someone, expect them to deflect the problem to another department. And expect this cycle to continue multiple times. Not worth it at all!
