I have been a patient of Dr. D'Avenas for over 20 years. She was there for both my pregnancies, and followed up aftr each one via phone which was fine with me (I didn't need any additional company). I travel over 45mins to see Dr. D'Avenas. She is most definitely worth the trip.

Dr. D'Avenas was my OB during my first pregnancy. Overall, she was great and the office staff was very attentive and helpful. I had a relatively easy pregnancy as well. The main reason I didn't return to the practice for my second pregnancy was that after I delivered my baby, no one from the practice came to visit me, even though one of the other doctors was in the hospital making rounds while Dr. D'Avenas was on vacation. I felt like I had spent 9 months building a relationship with this practice, and then they dropped the ball at crunch time...
