Dr. Anne Elizabeth Kato, MD

I'm sure Dr. Kato is a good physician but after waiting 45 minutes and being told it would be another 15 minutes I had to leave because I did not have time to wait an hour. While waiting no one on the staff came to give us an update or explain the delay. The total disregard for the patient's time was quite off putting. This could have mitigated with a phone call ahead of time explaining there was a delay and to come in 30 minutes later or even explain due to circumstances the need to reschedule. I have a feeling if I didn't say anything I'd still be sitting there while the office went to lunch.

Just saw Dr Kato for an eye issue. She was straight-forward, compassionate, competent, and easy to talk with. She quickly diagnosed the problem, offered solutions (and a free sample of medicine), and we were done in 15 minutes. Excellent doctor

Dr. Kato is, without a doubt, the best Opthomoligist in Santa Cruz County. On my first visit, she located some issues that no other doctor ever discovered. Plus, she did my cataract surgery and I ended up with great results. I am going to have her do my other eye as soon as possible. I highly recommend her. In addition, she is very kind and caring.
