I called to make an appointment and was able to get in the very next day. Everything was very timely; no excessive waiting in the lobby or in the exam room. Dr. Hultsch was able to provide a sample of what she recommended for my concern so that I could "try before I buy."

My visit to this practice was very reassuring and concise in all aspects. The office staff handeled my appointment with confidence and courtesy in addition to being knowledgeable about my insurance. The nurse was friendly and Dr. Hultsch was very attentive and concise with my exam and small procedure.

I really appreciate that Dr Hultsch calls me directly with test results or if I call with a question. There are not a lot of doctors who actually speak to the patient. Rhonda, LPN is very empathetic and efficient

I found Dr. Anne Lise Hultsch about 10 years ago. I found a mole that I was unhappy with and went in. It turned out to be melanoma and Dr Hultsch had me back in the office immediately to get it taken care of. Another round popped up about 5 years later and same professional response. I continue to return for annual check ups and love the team at this office.

I have had my share of experiences with Physicians, none, absolutely none has had the positive impact on my life as Dr. Hultsch. She and her nurse Rhonda worked tirelessly, spending hours on the phone with my insurance company,(Anthem) to get the approval for the medication I needed. What had previously impacted my life so negatively, is now a non issue. Couldn't be more pleased!! ,

She is terrible! Diagnosed my son as soon as she walked in the room and hadn't even looked at him. Just because he was 16 she said acne. Well I'm no doctor but I knew it wasn't acne. When I disagreed she acted like I had no business giving an opinion. I just don't understand why you still have to pay doctors when they don't know what you have and/or are wrong.

I initially called to make an appointment with Dr West. I was told I would have to wait several months, however when I was in the Lobby I heard numerous appointments being made with Dr West within the next few weeks. They were new patients as well. To sum of my experience with Dr. Hultsch. I will never go back. My full body skin check took 5 minutes and was not even close to a full body check. I have had these done before at another practice and I cannot begin to tell you the difference. First, she did not even have me lie down on the table. When I mentioned " are you going to check the front of my body?" I rcvd a chuckle with a reply that I guess I did stop at your chest. My neck was not check, nor my thighs, feet, under arms. The ultra violent light was only used on my head. The exam room was not clean. Two blood smears on the floor and a swab. I took pictures as I couldn't believe they did not wipe the blood off the floor. I will be contacting my insurance company… to let them know my experience. Maybe if they pull them from the providers list someone will wake up and fix the problem. I wish I would have read the reviews first but then again my intentions were to see Dr. West who had very good reviews.

I have had two months to assess Dr. Hultsch and her "work". In short, don't go to this doctor. Most of the mole removal was not successful, some not done even, because she was in such a hurry. I do not feel like I got a competent cancer screening as she did not even look at my whole body. I asked her about a lump on my temple and before I knew it she sliced it off and left me with a brown scar as of this moment. The biopsy showed absolutely nothing as I knew it would. She is the most unconcerned doctor I have ever met. I wish I had checked the reviews before I went. Does she read these reviews?

Dr. Hultsch was in a BIG hurry. I had a small procedure done (skin cancer removal) and she was in and out of the room in a few short minutes. Not lot of chit-chat. I got a call a few days later and was told they would need to do the procedure again because results showed there was likely some cancer left. I decided to go elsewhere:(
