Dr. Anne Jennifer Lombardi, MD

Our two older children were under Dr. Lombardi’s care for numerous years and when we had our twin girls we continued seeing her. However, after multiple visits and our concerns ignored we ended up in the ER with one of our girls. Our daughter was then put on a helicopter and flown to a larger hospital. I understand doctors are human but it was the response to the situation that bothered me. Dr. Lombardi texted me while in the PICU and stated that “I will next time let my nurse know that a child having skin color change like that needs to be evaluated ASAP.” It is extremely unprofessional to pass blame onto her nurse. I saw Dr. Lombardi, she was the one who ignored my concerns, telling me that my 5 month old exhibiting jaundice like symptoms was simply fair complected. A simple CBC would have told us our daughter was very sick. I am embarrassed I trusted this pediatrician with my children and I do not recommend her.
