Care provider entered into the room with a mindset that she cannot do anything more in your case. In a couple of minutes consultation was over and we were out. We are still puzzled about the value of this consultation.

It was surprising, but clear Dr. Mai considered my visit frivolous and a waste of time as evidence by her dehumanizing manner of speech, tone, and lack of objective verbal assessment. Poorest healthcare encounter I've ever experienced.
