Very professional & patient

She greeted me as a new patient 7 years ago and always seems Profoundly Knowledgeable, respectful and courteous 7 years later. She was stoic during the Covid emergency. She would always receive compliments in the waiting room. So I new it wasn't just me that appreciated her. I highly recommend her and have to friends of mine.

She is not helpful at all. She's reading recommendations off of a computer as your asking about your concerns. You're better off Googling your concerns because you'll get better answers with more information and details off the internet. Her office provides a combination of very helpful and efficient staff to very ridiculously rude and incompetent staff. 50/50 chance when you call and/or arrive for your appointment who you'll be dealing with. Office is clean and nice, and the wait time is minimal however the appointment itself is rushed and not thorough. I highly recommend to save yourself the trouble of dealing with someone who is clearly not there because she cares about the patient's needs. Unfulfilled requests. Did not call my prescription in after we spoke about it and I didn't even walk out of the office with the referrals that she recommended to specialist during the appointment because the printer was down. Awful experience and a total waste of my time.

This doctor rushes you out the room the moment she walks through the door. You have to call to get your blood and urine results explained to you. The staff does not follow up with anything. I've had to call them four times because CVS did not get my prescription order because they kept forgetting. You do not feel like a priority at all. Switching ASAP to someone who actually cares.

I can honestly say that the office staff of this practice is horrible. They are not patient oriented. I have been a patient of Dr. JRB for 13 years. As of today, I am done. Since the majority of time is spent coordinating things with the office staff I want one that works with me, not against me. They are rude and very unaccommodating. I am done, done, done.

I don't like going to the doctor but Dr. Johnrose-Brown puts you at ease and takes time to understand all aspects of your health. She is very professional and thorough during the examine . Not only does she take time to explain her recommendations for treatment she also makes sure that I understand how the treatments will help me improve my health. Dr. Johnrose-Brown is a rare find and my health is improving under her care.

I made an appointment to discuss my arthritis issues. On the day of my appointment I was experiencing flu symptoms and I said that after we discussed my more pressing issue of a possible flu, I wanted to spend a few minutes talking about my arthritis. At that time doctor Brown said she only had time for one issue and I would have to make another appointment to discuss a second issue. I was floored by that comment. She literally spent a total of two minutes with me and then tells me she doesn’t have time to discuss two medical problems. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

While the doctor is okay, I wish I had read the reviews on her prior to seeing her. They are not good and very accurate. The staff is horrible and actually violated HIPPAA laws by very loudly discussing my medications and health in the lobby in front of other patients. I would highly suggest seeing another Baycare doctor for your needs.

I BEEN GOING TO HER FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS. SHE THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT TAKE THE TIME TO TALK WITH YOU. SHE LISTEN TO YOUR PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS. I LOVE HER AS MY DOCTOR.

Dr. Johnrose-Brown is the most caring, empathetic, and kind physician I've ever had. If I needed to be seen today, there is no doubt she would see me (as she has seen me same-day in the past). I don't understand the negative reviews. Doctors are overwhelmed with patients but despite this Dr. JRB takes the time to REALLY listen. I appreciate her immensely & value her expertise.
